bridge to the world of art

Bridge to the World of Art Drawing has always been an immediate bridge to the world of art for me. This magical connection forms in a fraction of a second, with the press of a pencil, charcoal, or marker tip on paper. For me, drawing is not just an art, but a language through which I can express my emotions and thoughts without any limitations. Drawing is not confined to a specific place or time. More than being limited to the conditions of creation, it is a reaction to the excitement of seeing. Every time I am amazed by a phenomenon, my hand reaches for the drawing tools, and in that moment, a magical connection forms between me and that phenomenon. People have always been fascinating phenomena to me. The diverse aspects of this existence that I can connect with, talk to, embrace, and empathize with. Drawing, too, is a bridge for me that strengthens this connection and adds to the joy of it. Every line and every shade I put on paper is a part of my story and the world around me....

Birth of a painting on the wall of the workshop

The birth of a painting on the wall of a painter's workshop is a strange coincidence. It may take weeks or maybe months. Maybe start with an idea in mind or a few etudes in the design booklet. The point you see is the result of this process.

Time to collage

Collage is a technique of art creation, primarily used in the visual arts, but in music too, by which art results from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole. (Compare with pastiche, which is a "pasting" together.) A collage may sometimes include magazine and newspaper clippings, ribbons, paint, bits of colored or handmade papers, portions of other artwork or texts, photographs and other found objects, glued to a piece of paper or canvas. The origins of collage can be traced back hundreds of years, but this technique made a dramatic reappearance in the early 20th century as an art form of novelty. The term collage was coined by both Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso in the beginning of the 20th century when collage became a distinctive part of modern art.(wikipedia)

Coca Cola

Coca-Cola, or Coke, is a carbonated soft drink[1] manufactured by The Coca-Cola Company. Originally intended as a patent medicine, it was invented in the late 19th century by John Stith Pemberton and was bought out by businessman Asa Griggs Candler, whose marketing tactics led Coca-Cola to its dominance of the world soft-drink market throughout the 20th century. The drink's name refers to two of its original ingredients: coca leaves, and kola nuts (a source of caffeine). The current formula of Coca-Cola remains a trade secret, although a variety of reported recipes and experimental recreations have been published.

Contour drawing

Contour drawing, is an artistic technique used in the field of art in which the artist sketches the contour of a subject by drawing lines that result in a drawing that is essentially an outline; the French word contour meaning, “outline.”  The purpose of contour drawing is to emphasize the mass and volume of the subject rather than the detail; the focus is on the outlined shape of the subject and not the minor details. However, because contour can convey a three-dimensional perspective, length and width as well as thickness and depth are important; not all contours exist along the outlines of a subject. This technique is manifested in different styles and practiced in drawing development and learning.

Portrait Drawing

Other early 20th-century artists also expanded the repertoire of portraiture in new directions. Fauvist artist Henri Matisse produced powerful portraits using non-naturalistic, even garish, colors for skin tones. Cézanne's relied on highly simplified forms in his portraits, avoiding detail while emphasizing color juxtapositions.[84] Austrian Gustav Klimt's unique style applied Byzantine motifs and gold paint to his memorable portraits. His pupil Oskar Kokoschka was an important portraitist of the Viennese upper class. Prolific Spanish artist Pablo Picasso painted many portraits, including several cubist renderings of his mistresses, in which the likeness of the subject is grossly distorted to achieve an emotional statement well beyond the bounds of normal caricature.[85] An outstanding female portrait painter of the turn of the 20th century, associated with the French impressionism, was Olga Boznańska (1865-1940). Expressionist painters provided some of the most haunting and c...
